Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the project so that it runs smoothly in terms of:
   • Time. The project runs according to the agreed time (not late)
   • Human Resources. Personnel who are in the project work in accordance with customer expectations and expertise required
   • Deliverables (Project Output Results). The outputs of the project are running according to customer expectations with good and complete documentation
2. Communicate and Interact with Project Managers, Key Users Customers and executive members (Steering Committee) and to the project team well and continuously.
3. Take proactive and preventive actions to anticipate that the project can run well and be successful
4. Maintain and evaluate the course of the project (or several projects) to fit the agreed scope of the contract, Lead and Motivate team members, and Take corrective action if the project is not running properly
5. Returning the project to a path that is in accordance with the scope of the project, the agreed time target and results together with making plans and revising updates in the project
6. Make documentation relating to project management

General Qualifications:

1. Graduate in Computer / Information Technology / Industrial / Business Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience handling at least 8 (eight) IT projects as Project Manager
3. Having leadership ability (Leadership) that is qualified to lead the team and good communication with team members and in dealing with customers
4. Proficient in spoken and written English
5. Having multi-tasking skills, good time management and analytical and negotiation skills in solving problems that can accommodate all stakeholders

Functional & Technical Qualifications:

1. Having good presentation and project management skills (including mastery of Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Project applications)
2. Having in-depth knowledge of the industry and its business processes
3. Knowledge in the Java or C # .NET / C ++ / OOP programming language, experience and understanding Microsoft SQL Server databases are a plus
4. Can make functional and technical documentation for projects that are assigned
